About Syden Eiendom
Our Story
Syden Eiendom was first opened in 2009 as a dedicated real estate agency in Gran Canaria, with the vision of becoming the obvious choice for Scandinavian clients looking for their dream home abroad. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property in Arguineguín and along the south coast, building a multilingual team trusted by Scandinavian, national and international clients alike.
2009
Founded in Arguineguín in 2009, starting with a small team focused on Scandinavian buyers looking for their first home in Gran Canaria.
2022
In 2022, we additionally launched Sydenbooking our sister company managing holiday rentals in the south of the island.
2026
In 2026, we furthermore launched our Home Staging department, offering professional home styling services to help clients present their properties in the best possible light.
