At Sydenbygg IV we offer vacation apartments for short term rent. The complex was finished in 2022 and consists of 62 apartments divided into 3 blocks.
It offers a heated saltwater pool, large green common areas and a roof terrace on each of the blocks.
We have apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, all you have to do is find the one that matches your needs.
It is located only a 10 minute walk away from Arguineguin centre and the beach. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

Arguineguin in particular has got over 340 sunny days per year and offers a pleasant temperature that avereges 25 degrees.
Apart from it´s spectacular beaches and natural pools, Gran Canaria has got amazing hiking trails beautiful and charming villages with amazing views.
