Palmera Oasis is a new-build, Nordic-style residence of 23 apartments in Arguineguín, in the municipality of Mogán on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria. The apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and range from 35 to 154 m², with a rooftop pool and a location 10 metres from the beach. The building was designed by Tim Architects, is being built by the Norwegian developer Axer Eiendom and is marketed by Syden Eiendom Properties.
Apartments at Palmera Oasis are listed from €290,000 for a 35 m² one-bedroom up to €1,650,000 for the 154 m² penthouse. Two-bedroom apartments are listed between €450,000 and €690,000, and the 101 m² penthouse at €990,000. A parking space is an optional extra at €20,000. These are the prices listed in October 2026; ask us for current availability.
Palmera Oasis stands on Calle Miguel Marrero Rodríguez in Arguineguín, directly on the seafront promenade and 10 metres from Las Marañuelas beach, on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria.
Construction of Palmera Oasis started in Q4 2024, sales began in Q1 2025 and the concrete structure is currently rising. Completion is currently scheduled for October 2027. Site visits are possible on request, and the construction photos on this page show the real progress of the building.
The apartments have 1 to 3 bedrooms, many with two bathrooms and several with a private laundry room, and almost all have a private terrace or balcony. Inside, expect a white-and-oak fitted kitchen with high-end appliances, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and ceramic floors, plus large sliding doors that open the living room onto the terrace. The building has an elevator, and the rooftop terrace has a heated swimming pool and a solarium with Atlantic views.
